2500SB series sand pumps

2500SB series sand pumps are made as per the demands of American drilling companies,newly designed and manufactured according to features of petroleum and natural gas drilling equipment.With axial-suction structures and wear- resistant cast iron for flow-passing parts employed,such pumps suitable for delivering corrosive drilling liquid that contains suspended pellets and other similar liquids,and also the best supporting pumps for sand removers,mud removers and mixing funnel,and ideal pouring pumps for mud pumps as well.During design of their parameters,that supporting equipment can run under the best operating mode has been fully considered.As a result,these pumps have the advantages of high universality & exchangeability,little shaft leakage,high reliability,long service life and convenient maintenance.
    Sand pumps 2500SB8×6 and SB6×5 are respectively recommended to be used with drillers of 3,200m drilling depth or above and 2,500m or below.
    2500SB series sand pumps have 22 specifications at present,which may also be derived more specifications as per the different requirements of the customers for performance,power and motor.Seals of 2500SB series sand pumps are of one typemechanical seal that is with a long lifeauxiliary seal is packing seal that can avoid occurrence of accidents.The practice demonstrates that seals of 2500SB series sand pumps are reliable,and convenient for maintenance..
    The shaft seals of SB series sand pumps are lubricated with grease,and bearing are lubricated with machine oil.Since bearing covers at two ends of bearings are equipped with grease injectors,bearings can be lubricated with grease as well.
    Both inlet flanges and outlet flanges of 2500SB series sand pumps are with standard dimensions, in metric system for domestic customers and in English system for foreign customers.
