Spherical Stabilizer

The spherical stabilizer is one of new type tools which is used in horizontal and directional well to prevent hole inclination, improve drilling solution, improve drill tools service life and hole condition, cut off /scrape bore wall . Because of small size, simple structure, it is so applicable for horizontal and directional well .The guide inclined plane covered with polycrystalline compact and cutting edges covered with spherical tungsten carbide stud ,during stabilizer contacts with roughed hole wall , can cut or scraped off raised or irregular well wall, therefore, the spherical stabilizers are widely used in various of drilling operation.............

Non-rotating Stabilizer

  The FXF type non-rotating stabilizer (rubber sleeve stabilizer )is a special tool in drilling to avoid blade wear and wall damage. During drilling, stabilizer transfer torque by depending on mandrel body, but rubber sleeve is sliding coordination which can be moved relatively, as a result, the sleeve plays a role of supporting of holewall. The sleeve is made of special elastic material and fixed by a latch clutch to prevent from rotating .
