IM-BAR is high purity barium sulfate for increasing drilling fluid density in most water based drilling muds.
IM-BAR is specially processed to exceed API 13A Section 2 specifications, and may be used to control formation pressures and to check formation caving.

Water Soluble Alkaline (mg / KG as Ca2) : Max. 250
Moisture Content: Max. 1. 0%
Bulk Density (KG / m3) : 2100-2300
Barium Content (as barium Sulfate) : > 90%
Appearance: Grey fine powder
