Description

PAC LV is a premium grade purified low viscosity, high molecular weight, Polyanionic Cellulose polymer designed to reduce API filtration rate to water based drilling fluids where additional viscosity is not needed or desired.

Application & Features

PAC LV is a cost-effective additive to reduce API filtration rate of many water based drilling fluids including freshwater, seawater, saturated saltwater and solids-laden fluids, dispersed and non-dispersed, weighted and un-weighted fluids, flocculated muds and contaminated systems.

PAC LV stabilizes viscosity to improve rheology, thins and deflocculates solids-laden systems without dispersing clays.

PAC LV is effective over a wide range of pH environments. It improves filtercake quality, thins and toughens wall cake, increase filtercake lubricity.
