Detailed Product Description

This packer is designed for the well separated zone water injection, high pressure water injection and protection of the casing, which consists of washover valve assembly, seal assembly, latch mechanism and unsetting mechanism. It pushes series twin pistons hydraulically to compress the rubber tube, which is swelled radically as a result of large and tranquil thrust,  and it is mechanically locked meanwhile, as forces  the rubber tube always in the operating mode. When needing well cleanout, pressure up on the upper casing of the packer (generally greater than 0.5Mpa) until the washover valve is opened so as to accomplish the well cleanout. Upon water injection, the washover valve is closed for the tubing pressure is above the casing pressure, so each layer is separated and accordingly achieve the aim of separated zone water injection. While unsetting, pick up the tubing by 0.5m, nipple down the hanger, connect tubing pup joint, and then set down the tubing so as to unset...............
