    The LW series centrifugal machines are of integrated frame and bod,convenient for field installation and hoisting.With special explosion-proof,corrosion-proof, weather-proof and damping measures taken,theses centrifugal machines are suitable for field operation.A hydrodynamic coupling is used to drive the drum,which makes the centrifugal machine start smoothly and be provided with overload protection.A special planetary gear reducer is used to drive screw pusher,which achieves the low-speed high-torque power transmission.Thescrew pusher is equipped with dual (electric and mechanical) overload protection device.In the manufacture and production of the LW series centrifugal machines,X-ray detection,stainless steel solution treatment,double correcting face-up dynamic balance,cemented carbide sintering and grinding and other special processes are employed.     The variable frequency drive centrifugal machine is able to change the rotational speed of drum and pusher easily and timely, which is especially applicable to handling such drilling fluid that has great change in physical properties. Frequency convertor and other electric elements are installed in a special explosion-proof cabinet with a heating and ventilating system.
